These Terms of Use apply to apps published by Sterk Vekst AS, including WILD, NIX, Shoulder Season, and future Sterk Vekst apps unless a separate terms page is provided for a specific app.
By using any Sterk Vekst AS app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
WILD is a party game app for social entertainment. It may include game modes, prompts, missions, roulette-style player selection, red flag cards, share cards, usernames, profiles, leaderboards, achievements, XP, archetypes, groups, and optional premium features.
WILD is entertainment software. It does not provide psychological assessment, relationship advice, safety advice, reputation scoring, compatibility analysis, or any guaranteed interpretation of a person’s personality, identity, behavior, or social standing.
NIX is a nicotine pouch and snus tracking app for awareness, control, patterns, savings, and personal usage insights. It may include pouch or snus logging, product tracking, nicotine tracking, baseline comparison, goals, stats, insights, savings targets, widgets, notifications, and optional premium features.
NIX is a tracking and awareness tool. It is not medical advice, addiction treatment, or a smoking cessation program. NIX does not sell nicotine products and does not encourage nicotine use.
Shoulder Season is a travel discovery and planning-support app focused on destination inspiration, seasonal timing, curated destinations, better-value travel windows, and travel-window awareness.
Shoulder Season may include destination browsing, saved destinations, travel preferences, onboarding preferences, destination categories, personalised recommendations, Shoulder Scores, seasonal rhythm charts, timing labels, crowd signals, value signals, weather comfort signals, rain comfort signals, map-based destination markers, notifications, saved destination alerts, planning tools, and subscription-based access.
Shoulder Season is not a travel agency, booking platform, weather service, insurance provider, financial advisor, legal advisor, government authority, visa advisor, safety authority, or professional travel advisor.
Users are responsible for how they use our apps, the information they enter, the decisions they make based on app content, and whether the app is suitable for their situation.
Users must use our apps safely, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable laws.
Users are responsible for their own decisions, actions, behavior, travel plans, health-related choices, social interactions, purchases, subscriptions, and use of information shown in our apps.
WILD may be used in party or social settings, but it does not require alcohol, drug use, unsafe behavior, harassment, coercion, sexual activity, or illegal activity.
Players are responsible for playing safely, respecting boundaries, choosing appropriate prompts and modes for the group, and stopping play if anyone is uncomfortable.
Do not use WILD to pressure, threaten, bully, embarrass, exploit, harass, or harm others.
Users are responsible for usernames, display names, group names, profile content, screenshots, shared results, and any game content they choose to create, display, or share.
WILD content is for entertainment only. Prompts, archetypes, XP, achievements, leaderboards, rankings, recaps, share cards, and social labels should not be treated as factual evaluations, professional assessments, or statements about any person.
NIX helps users track pouch or snus use, nicotine amounts, spending, savings, goals, and personal patterns.
NIX does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, addiction counseling, smoking cessation services, or guaranteed health outcomes. Any information shown in NIX is for personal tracking and awareness only.
If you have questions about nicotine use, health, pregnancy, medication, addiction, or medical conditions, speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter into NIX, including product strength, pouch count, prices, baseline use, goals, and logs.
NIX does not encourage nicotine use and does not sell nicotine products. Any decisions about nicotine use, reduction, quitting, health, pregnancy, medication, or addiction should be made with a qualified healthcare professional.
Shoulder Season provides travel inspiration, destination information, planning support, seasonal timing signals, and travel-window ideas.
Shoulder Season may show app-generated or curated information such as Shoulder Scores, seasonal rhythm charts, destination summaries, crowd signals, value signals, weather comfort signals, rain comfort signals, timing labels, ideal trip length, map markers, destination rankings, saved destination reminders, and travel-window alerts.
This information is provided for general inspiration and planning support only. It may be approximate, incomplete, outdated, subjective, or based on curated data, seasonal patterns, app logic, user preferences, or third-party information.
Travel information may change over time, including prices, availability, weather, safety conditions, visa rules, entry requirements, local laws, transport options, opening hours, strikes, restrictions, seasonal closures, local events, and other destination conditions.
Users are responsible for verifying current travel information before booking or traveling.
Shoulder Season does not guarantee specific prices, weather, availability, safety, crowds, destination quality, travel suitability, booking availability, entry eligibility, travel outcomes, or destination experiences.
Saved destination alerts and notifications are reminders based on app data and user preferences. They do not guarantee that a destination is currently affordable, safe, open, available, suitable, or ideal to visit.
Shoulder Season does not sell flights, hotels, travel packages, insurance, tours, visas, or bookings. Any purchases, bookings, travel decisions, or travel arrangements are the user’s responsibility and may be subject to third-party terms.
Our apps may allow users to enter or store information such as player names, usernames, preferences, logs, saved destinations, goals, settings, game progress, subscription status, app history, notification preferences, widget data, travel preferences, and other app-related data.
Do not enter sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable storing it in the app.
Users are responsible for the information they enter.
Some app data may be stored locally on the user’s device. If local data is deleted, reset, corrupted, or removed by uninstalling the app, Sterk Vekst AS may not be able to restore it.
Some apps, especially WILD, may include optional social features such as usernames, display names, profiles, leaderboards, achievements, archetypes, social search, group features, hosted-session stats, and profile sharing.
If you use these features, some information may be visible to other users depending on the feature.
Do not use personal information as your username, display name, group name, or profile information if you do not want it to be visible.
We may moderate, restrict, reset, remove, or disable social features if they are misused or if needed to protect the app, users, backend systems, or service.
Our apps may offer subscriptions, paid access, or in-app purchases.

Subscriptions are charged through Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store / Apple ID settings.
Pricing, duration, trials, available features, and subscription offers may vary by country and may change over time.
Subscription access may require an internet connection, valid Apple ID, active subscription status, supported device, supported iOS version, and successful entitlement verification.
Supported apps include purchase restoration functionality.
Subscription status is managed through Apple and may be supported by RevenueCat for entitlement access, purchase validation, and subscription management.
We do not receive or store full payment card details. Payments are handled by Apple.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available, eligibility and duration are determined by Apple and the applicable App Store rules.
After a trial ends, the subscription may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period.
Users are responsible for managing subscriptions through Apple ID settings.
We may add, change, remove, rename, limit, redesign, or adjust features, content, subscriptions, Pro benefits, pricing, availability, notifications, widgets, social features, maps, destination data, travel alerts, app-generated scores, or app functionality at any time.
Some features may require internet access, device permissions, active subscription status, supported iOS versions, or third-party service availability.
We do not guarantee permanent access to any specific feature, content category, prompt, destination, score, travel signal, widget, map feature, alert, recommendation, leaderboard, social feature, subscription benefit, or app layout.
Sterk Vekst AS apps, including their design, branding, logos, UI, app structure, original content, systems, copy, graphics, names, destination curation, scoring logic, game content, prompts, software, and other app materials, are owned by Sterk Vekst AS or its licensors.
Users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, modify, scrape, clone, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our apps without permission.

Our apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent access to any feature, or that every piece of content will be suitable for every user, group, destination, trip, or situation.
Apps may be updated, interrupted, unavailable, removed, or changed over time.
Our apps may rely on third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat, Supabase, Apple Maps, MapKit, standard iOS services, and other service providers for purchases, subscriptions, entitlement access, diagnostics, crash reporting, optional social features, app distribution, notifications, widgets, maps, destination display, backend functionality, or other app functionality.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, payment issues, platform restrictions, map errors, backend outages, data delays, subscription validation problems, or changes in third-party terms.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, rules, and technical limitations.
Sterk Vekst AS may use AI-assisted tools, automation tools, coding tools, research tools, translation tools, design tools, or other productivity tools to help develop, maintain, test, translate, improve, or support our apps and websites.
These tools may be used for tasks such as software development, debugging, content drafting, translation support, design exploration, research assistance, destination research, data structuring, app copy, QA support, and general productivity.
AI-assisted tools may produce incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or imperfect outputs. Sterk Vekst AS may review, edit, curate, or adapt such outputs before they appear in our apps, but we do not guarantee that all app content, scores, prompts, travel signals, summaries, translations, recommendations, or app-generated outputs will be complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every user.
Users should not treat app content as professional advice simply because it may have been researched, drafted, structured, translated, or supported by AI-assisted tools.
If future Sterk Vekst apps include user-facing AI features, automated decision-making, personalised AI outputs, or AI-generated content features that materially change our services, these Terms and the relevant privacy information may be updated.
Use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Apps downloaded through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s terms, payment rules, refund process, subscription management tools, and platform requirements.
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple.
Refund requests should be made through Apple’s refund process.
Our apps do not provide medical, legal, financial, travel, safety, psychological, relationship, insurance, government, visa, booking, or other professional advice.
NIX is not medical advice, addiction treatment, smoking cessation services, or healthcare guidance.
Shoulder Season is not a travel agency, booking platform, weather service, safety authority, government authority, visa advisor, insurance provider, or professional travel advisor.
WILD is entertainment software and does not replace personal judgment, consent, boundaries, respect, or responsible behavior.
Users are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, behavior, travel plans, health-related choices, social interactions, purchases, subscriptions, bookings, and use of information shown in our apps.
Sterk Vekst AS does not control how users interpret app content, what users choose to do outside the app, who users interact with, what users consume, where users travel, what users book, or whether users follow app suggestions, prompts, reminders, alerts, tracking data, scores, or insights.
By using our apps, users understand and agree that they use the apps at their own discretion and risk.
Sterk Vekst AS does not guarantee any specific outcome from using our apps.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Any stats, insights, scores, savings estimates, travel windows, prompts, recommendations, rankings, labels, notifications, alerts, maps, or app-generated content are provided for informational, entertainment, tracking, awareness, discovery, or planning-support purposes only.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sterk Vekst AS, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or economic damages arising from use of our apps.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, lost savings, travel costs, missed bookings, missed alerts, missed travel windows, subscription issues, health-related decisions, nicotine-related decisions, personal decisions, social consequences, relationship consequences, emotional distress, injury, property damage, or reliance on app content.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sterk Vekst AS’s total liability for any claim related to use of our apps is limited to the amount the user paid to Sterk Vekst AS for the relevant app or subscription during the 12 months before the claim, or 100 NOK if no amount was paid.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to every user.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights users may have under applicable consumer protection, privacy, data protection, or other mandatory laws.
We may restrict, suspend, remove, reset, or limit access to features if users violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt to bypass payments, abuse social features, interfere with service operation, create risk for other users or the company, or use the app in a way that may harm app integrity, backend systems, payments, subscriptions, or other users.
We may update these Terms when adding features, changing services, launching new apps, adding subscription products, updating legal requirements, or improving clarity.
The effective date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
